The longest running property network in Hemel Hempstead.

HLPN was born

In 2011 the Hemel Landlord Property Network was born, because I felt there was a gap in the market where landlords and pre-landlords could gain the information they needed to be really great landlords.

Unlike many property network events HLPN was a No Sell environment, where people could meet like minded individuals and talk about property without the pressure of buying a book or signing up for a course, based on peer-to-peer knowledge and experience with the addition of expert industry knowledge HLPN is now is its very successful 8th year.

Now felt like a good time to expand the network format to other areas...

So on 10th September 2019 I merge HLPN and launched a network group in St Albans creating Hemel & St Albans Property Network HSPN.

A little more information about Julie Ford...

Julie has an extensive 360° knowledge of the Private Rented Sector working as Head of Property and Asset management for a large City firm managing properties for celebrity clients, such as premiership Footballers, actors and A-list comedians , before setting up her own Lettings and Property Management company in 2006 building an impressive managed portfolio of over 500 properties.

After selling the business Julie took a different direction moving into third sector and charitable organisations, providing specialist Housing and Homelessness law advice for the Citizens Advice as well as working for a Homeless charity managing the Mixed property portfolio and Lease options.

Julie is an overseas investor building a successful Holiday Let business in France with a unique investment strategy.

The founder of a thriving local property network providing advice and support to landlords and property investors through her mentoring programme.

The network is open to anyone who is interested in Property, whether a seasoned investor, new to investing or haven't yet made that big property leap.

The network also welcome trades and property experts to our friendly and relaxed SALES FREE events to allow everyone to build and grow their property knowledge, experience and network. The networking groups will still be held in their respective locations on the 2nd Tuesday of every month.
